Kamosumori Junmai Daiginjo Pasteurized
"Kamosumori" meaning of "Brewed Forest", has a concept aim to brew fruity new type of Japanese sake.
This Junmai Daiginjo features a refreshing aroma reminiscent of Kyoho grapes and a rich sweetness that evokes melon. Enjoy the aroma with a wine glass. The lactic acid tightens the aftertaste, leaving a faint bitterness similar to citrus peel.
It pairs well with gratin, cream cheese, and Annindofu (almond jelly).
It can also be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with soda for a refreshing taste.

This brewery has started in 1907, located in Tsunan, Uonuma region, which is famous of the High-quality rice product area in Niigata Prefecture. There is at the base of Mt. Naeba, where is one of the 100 best mountains in Japan.
The sake named "Naebasan" is popular for souvenir as well as memento of their climbs.
